Happy Friday! It was a short week for me, having a Monday holiday. I hope you have something fun planned for the weekend! I will be home taking care of some chores – painting and some spring cleaning. I like to touch up at least a couple rooms in my home each year, so it’s not so overwhelming! Right now I am touching up the paint trim in my house. That seems to take the biggest beating. Then I will be doing the usual activities – laundry, groceries, a few errands, and some relaxing as well! I’m working on a post for next week on how I deal with seasonal depression. It kicks in for me about this time every year, but I know what to look for now, and I am rounding up a few tips that help me through it, so watch for that post next week!

I found this cute embroidered sleeve top at TJ Maxx this winter. I thought it would be a good transition top from winter to spring and would add some color to my wardrobe! This button front top has a scoop neck. I wore my fuscia teardrop earrings with this outfit. I skipped a necklace and let my earrings be my only jewelry. I have searched online for this top, but I can’t find it anywhere, so I have linked a couple similar tops below.

I paired my black Old Navy Rockstar skinny jeans with this outfit. Here is the link to the exact pair of jeans.

Just to add another pop of color, I added a fuscia handbag with this outfit. My earrings are from Alison and Aubrey last summer. This color isn’t available anymore, but I have linked some cute earrings below.
