Wow, this week sure went fast. The weather has finally cooled down here. I spent this week getting  a few fall sweaters and scarves out and putting away some of my summer clothing. I saved a few items like my white jeans, because I will wear them with sweaters this fall.

If you read fashion blogs, you have probably seen this color block sweater everywhere. It’s from Amazon, and it got such good reviews and was such a great price, I thought I would order it. I paired it with a white v-neck t shirt from Walmart, and a pair of faded skinny cuffed jeans that I’ve had for awhile. I can also envision wearing this sweater with my grey velvet jeans, grey t-shirt or turtleneck and grey booties. It would also be cute with a white t-shirt and white jeans. There are lots of options!

My tote handbag is new this year from Macy’s. I had been looking for a camel and white handbag for spring and summer. Macy’s was having a sale this summer so I purchased this one. Click here for the link. My faded distressed jeans are old, but I have linked some cute ones in the widgets below.

I dressed the outfit down by changing into a new pair of faux suede sneakers. These are from my favorite local boutique, Beautiful Life Clothing. Here is the link. They are so comfortable and soft – the inside is lined in sheepskin.
